House rules and cancellation policy
Casa Jazmin is a cherished family home. These rules keep the residence beautiful for you and every guest who follows. Please read them fully before booking. By reserving you agree to them.
House rules
Pets
Pets are always subject to prior written approval, requested before booking is confirmed. There is no pet fee for an approved pet. An approved pet carries a refundable pet deposit of $250 USD per pet, added to the security deposit and returned on the same terms. An animal on the property that was not approved carries a non-refundable charge of $400 USD per animal.

Family gatherings for registered guests are welcome. Larger events or commercial gatherings are considered case by case, please contact us for further information before booking.

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the Residence at any time. If the smell of smoke is detected indoors, a $400 USD penalty applies.

Glass near the pool
No glass is allowed near the pool. This includes bottles, food containers, and dishware. Casa Jazmín provides quality plasticware for use in the pool area. Broken glass of any kind in the pool area incurs a $250 USD penalty.

Respect the neighbors. No amplified music outdoors after 10:00 PM.

Security cameras
The exterior of the property is monitored by cameras at the entrance and perimeter. There are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home.

Cancellation policy
Casa Jazmin cancellations follow the three-tier schedule below. The policy is stated in the rental agreement you accept on the review step, before the reservation is confirmed in writing.
30 or more days before check-in

Important
- A reservation payment of 30% of the total (tax and add-ons included) is arranged directly with the owner once your dates are confirmed. This holds your dates.
- The remaining balance is arranged directly 30 days before check-in, in writing.
- Refunds are returned by the same method used to receive payment within 5 to 10 business days.
- Force-majeure events (weather, government orders, illness with documentation) are considered case by case.
Refundable Security Deposit
Groups of 1 to 6 guests
$800 USD
Groups of 7 to 12 guests
$1,000 USD
A refundable Security Deposit is arranged alongside the balance (30 days before check-in). It is returned by the same method used to receive it, within 7 days after checkout, less the cost of any damages to the property or its contents. Ordinary wear and tear is never charged.
Damages and care of the home
Guests are responsible for damages caused by the group beyond ordinary wear. Repair or replacement costs are deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the additional amount is invoiced directly and settled the same way the reservation was paid. Small accidents happen. Please tell us so we can address them quickly and fairly.
