casajazmin.com is the official website of Casa Jazmin, a private six-bedroom residence in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, rented directly by its owner. The site publishes information about the property, availability, pricing, and house policies, and it accepts reservation inquiries.
Content and photography
All text, photography, video, drawings, and design elements on this site are the property of Casa Jazmin and its owner, or are used with permission. You are welcome to view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Republishing our content, photography, or copy on another website, in printed materials, or in advertising without written permission is not allowed.
Reservations
A reservation inquiry submitted through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only when the Casa Jazmin Rental Agreement is executed and the required deposit is received. Prices, availability, and policies shown on the site are the terms in effect at the time you inquire and may be updated. The terms captured in your executed rental agreement and any written confirmation govern your stay.
House rules and policies
The complete house rules, cancellation policy, security-deposit terms, and other rules for staying at the property are published at casajazmin.com/policies and are incorporated into the Rental Agreement.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites and services (Airbnb, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and similar). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors, nor that the site will be uninterrupted or free of technical faults. Where there is a discrepancy between the site and a written confirmation or executed Rental Agreement, the latter governs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Guanajuato, Mexico. Any dispute arising out of the use of this site will be submitted to the competent courts of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, unless otherwise required by consumer-protection law of your place of residence.
